More Obama Assault onthe Constitution, this time accused rapists
I have little sympathy for the criminal; my concerns are for the victim. On the other hand, we are a nation of laws based on our Constitution, and that protects us all. The latest edict from the Obama Administration to circumvent the Constitution and deny Due Process to the accused should frighten everyone.
